Mozzarella tomato salad
Ingredients
- 400 g of frsh tomatoes
- 120 g of mozzarella ball
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil with basil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash tomatoes, cut them into slices and spread them into the plate. Then cut the mozzarella ball into strips and arrange them in betwwen the tomato slices.
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper then spread the obtained sauce in drops on the ingredients in the palte.
Gâteau aux amandes et à l’huile d’olive
Ingredients
- 300 to 400 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of shrimps
- 1 tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 jar of double cream
- 450 gof tagiletelle
- Olive oil
- Numteg
- Parmesan
- Basil salt
Preparation
Shell the shrimps.
Cut the onion into fine slice and dice the tomato.
Fry the onions and the mushrooms into olive oil. Once they reached their golden colour, add the shrimps and mix them then simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Add tomatoes, mix and cook them for about 5 minutes. Pour the jar of double cream and grate the numteg into the sauce. Mix softly and simmer for minutes.
Add the basil and grate the parmesan.
Serve hot with the tagliatelle.
Cook the pasta in boiling water. Drain the pasta then serve with the mushroom sauce.
Almond cake with olive oil
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 50g of flour
- 60g of almond powder
- 100g of brown sugar
- 80g of melted half-salted butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil with lemon
- A pinch of grated vanilla (or in powder)
Preparation
Beat the egg whites with sugar. Add flour, melted butter, lemon olive oil and vanilla.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° and taste while it is warm or cold.
